I am old fashioned and don't believe that a woman should ask out guys. HOWEVER, I had to break my own rule when I met an amazing guy who was VERY shy. I called him first. I had to tell him it was okay to put his arm around me,etc. He ended up asking me to marry him. Ask him out. Maybe he will say yes.
