All the good practical advice given on this site will only make you feel bad if you can't act on it. It sounds to me as if you have a realy old birth /early life trauma unresolved. The ongoing resentment to your Mom may even be pre speach. Just for fun look up the work of Dr Arthur Janov called Primal Therapy. You are only 22 I am 60 and had unresolved resentment to my Mum all her life [She died last year,aged 93 and I was her carer until her death] When I read Dr Janov's 'The New Primal Scream' every page brought a new reverlation to me, so much truth. I am, even at my age, going to start therapy. Don't leave it too late to have a good working relationship with your Mom like I did. Love and Light Deotima
