I am currently trying to concentrate on myself. I'm starting doing The Master Cleanse and focusing on my health. I've not been working for a few months so it's been difficult being home so much. I trying to go to Negril this weekend and my friend and I went to this little island called Lime Key on Tuesday which was great.

I'm also started exercising more. I lost 18 pounds and 10 inches over the last 2 months.

I will try to take your advice... maybe I will actually go out this evening with a friend. I think you are right and my insecurity does not help the situation.
