It sounds like you might have a dermatitis....which can be caused by a number of things. Have you changed laundry detergent recently? or body washes or soaps? A lot of these products have chemicals and toxins in them that are very irritating to certain people. There are a number of natural products out there that are affordable and work extrmemly well that are non-toxic.
