Hi there, I'm a little confused. I have chronically itchy skin, with no evidence of scaling, dryness, etc. Occasionally I'll find little bumps, but for the most part my skin seems smooth. I'm itchy all the way down my legs and I can't stand it. It's bee here for almost a year. Is this eczema??
