Boy, I've been jealous before but not like that! I'm pretty freakin good at controlling myself when I do feel jealous cuz I know it's an irrational emotion most of the time. Besides I'm very confident with our relationship and am extremely certain that my husband would never cheat on me. And even if he did, there isn't much I could do to prevent that other than what I already do. I'm a good wife and I love him, he loves me, and best of all, I give him freedom whenever he want to go out with his friends on his own too and I don't give him *%#&¤?§* about it. We are eachother's best friends so what more "preventative" work could I do?

Going ape *%#&¤?§* on him for talking to some girl is not very rational. And he has had a few very close female friends too and I wouldn't dream of asking him to drop them. Afterall I've got my own male friends I spend alone time with too so...

I don't know what to tell you about controlling your jealousy since I haven't had much experience. My dad is a very jealous man with his wife (and ex wives) but I think he's a pretty insecure man too.
