I think a lot of people in these forums use yahoo messenger. When people chat on messenger they usually don't use punctuation or capitalize words, etc. because they are talking in "real time" and when talking in real time while typing to someone you end up saving a lot of time by not using punctuation or CAPS in words. Hope this clears things up for you Paulista, as to why people type so sloppily in the forums:)
