Anhidrosis is the medical term for the inability to sweat. This is dangerous because sweating is how the body regulates its temperature. It is how the body cools down when it gets too hot. I don't recommend the sauna since your son's body is not able to cool down properly due to the lack of sweating. The most important needs for your son is the internal treatments.

How much water does he drink?
What types of food does he eat?
