Here is my best recipe for colds and flus:

In a glass of pure water ( 8 oz aprox )mix the following:

* lemon juice ( squeeze 1 )
* 2 to 3 cloves of garlic ( minced )
* 1/4 habanero pepper minced ( no seeds ) super hot!!!
* 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
* 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar ( only organic with the mother ) no substitutes !! ( procesed white vinegar is very bad for you)
* 1 teaspoon of honey ( bee honey ) if diabetic,don't use the honey.

Mix everything well, you may chew the garlic and habanero pieces !!!, take this TONIC 3 to 4 times a day and BYE BYE BUGS !
