Already here in the deep south, our hospitals are filling up with a new strain of flu. People are saying it's way too early to have cases reported, but it's happening.

My 5 year old granddaughter has been so sick with this flu and it's highly contagious.

If you haven't already taken your echinacea, (I take the tincture and take the whole bottle mixed in water) please do so. Build up those immune cells! Oh, and don't forget your garlic! Oh, and don't forget to exercise. Sweating is important, too. Oh, and don't forget to laugh a lot. It's healthy! I need to hush or I am going to be late for work. Happy Monday.
