Hi Hannah,

You and your mate may need to try eating some Flax seed oil and some Wheat germ oil, which need to be cold pressed each day!

It needs to be small amounts of maybe one teaspoonfull of each during the day , one at one time and the other at a different time!

Also get some Manganese Chelate and some Zinc Chelate and take these each day!

Take the Manganese Chelate at a different time than the Zinc and it may work best with your meals!

You may need to take the Max amount Plus each day of the reccomended amounts of Manganese and Zinc to get the desired results!

Twinlabs has some good manganse and zinc chelate in capsules!

Manganese is 10 mg size and you may need 40 plus mg per day!

Zinc is in 50mg capsules and you may need 100 plus mg per day!

Also drink the Lemon juice and Blackstrap Molasses drink each day with some extra calcium!

If your body parts are going to work, you should become pregnant within 60 days!
