I actually still haven't had a chance to try it, but you could do a google search. I think you can just substitute the dairy with coconut milk - better yet, coconut cream, but that product hasn't been very available lately. I plan to use stevia to sweeten it, and you could add vanilla extract, or fruit like strawberries and make sort of a coconut strawberry ice cream. coconut is also really good with lime.
