It is actually common to feel nauseus after ingesting coconut oil. Do a search for it and you will see that you are not alone. Some say that it is a cleansing reaction to a toxic body. Others say that you have to work your way up from a tiny amount. I believe that coconut oil also functions as a colon cleanser, so would imagine that could impact the feeling of indigestion. I sometimes take it with a drop or two of peppermint oil or fennel oil to make it easier to tolerate.
