If you have all the working parts and have not had them posioned for some reason beyond repair, then you are probably just too short of the necessary Reproductive Minerals which are required for Life!!

Or your mate has the same problems?

But generally if one is in working order , then one may learn to take foods which will provide the necessary reproductive minerals and get pregnant!!

In this case you will have to be willing to change your Diet to supply the needed nutrition.

You need to review the archives about what is a healthy Diet and what is not and then decide what you are willing to do to help yourself.

If you are willing to make the necessary changes, then I will be happy to share with you some things you may take to help solve your problems in a few months or less time.
It is no big problem if you know what to do to correct it.
