I'm trying to figure out if it's really good for you too. About a week ago, I bought two young coconuts from the store. I drank the water from one and tried a piece of the meat, it gave me diarreah about an hour 1/2 later. This was on the first day after doing a 21 day oj fast. I've reintroduced fat in my diet for some days now and just had another young coconut for dinner. Drank the water and ate most the flesh because I feel so full. I'll wait a couple hours to decide and see if eating coconut is really a good idea after all.
