Jessica....wow what a great success story...I have tried both unfortunetly with low luck...I am having my CD 3 bloodwork done soon to check all my hormone levels..i have polycystic ovarian syndrome..so I am not sure if I have low estrogen or not but my progesterone is low. I also have lack of EWCM but found green tea and evening primrose oil to help some.

Good tip!

I would suggest organic egg whites though if anyone uses this no hormones, antiobiotics.
