My moles were certainly more like the raised lump you describe, although not particularly big and not hairy.

I would assume the VCO would have the same effect on yours. It seems to work very well on all skin blemishes.

I forgot to mention, that a regular application will definitely reduce, and probably clear, liver spots. It certainly did with mine.

Please try it, it is amazing on the skin. You certainly won't get irritation and unsightly scabs.

A good VCO will have a mild coconut smell when you first apply it. That will disappear fairly quickly as it is absorbed into the skin.
