Hi,

Whenever I post on this, or any other forum, I would guess that people question my motives, because we happen to sell VCO. However, regarding your problem, I can give you a testimonial of my own, and you can make up your mind whether it is worth anything, or not.

I have always known that VCO is good for numerous skin conditions, I don't think that is open to question. But moles? I wasn't so sure, even though Dr. Fife gives detailed instruction on how to treat the mole, in his book "Coconut Cures".

I have two moles on my face, they never bother me at all, in fact I hardly ever think about them. However, I decided to treat them with VCO, just to test the claims. After moistening the moles regularly during the day, after a few weeks, they definitely became much smaller. Unfortunately, once I had confirmed that the VCO had the required effect, I couldn't be bothered to keep up the treatment. They are now small enough to be hardly noticeable and I am sure I could get rid of them totally if I restarted the treatment.......I would disagree slightly with the "matter of days" claim, that certainly was not my experience, give it a few weeks, and remember to keep the moles moist with oil.

VCO will certainly not inflame your skin, in fact, it will definitely have totally the opposite effect. It will soften and moisturise your skin.

Please give it a try, then you can come back to the forum and tell people of the results.

Is VCO a "do all wonder cure"? Definitely not, but it is without doubt one of the finest natural health products on the market today.

Good luck,

Steve
