Fresh coconuts aren't available everywhere.
To drink the WATER (liquid inside) you should buy young green coconuts.
To drink the MILK you will need to grind up the MEAT and mix with water and then wring it out, a difficult process that can be done. The MILK is the thing bought in the can, it has a high fat content.
