I drank 6 ounces of coc milk (froma can) with 3 ounces water and little maple syrup and carob. Tasted wonderful. But now I feel nauseous. Like healing crisis maybe? Has this happened to anyone else? Did I drink too much? It is 30 grams of fat in what I had. Ive never had coc milk before last night. I had about 4 ounces last night.
