I found a company that sells RAW coconut oil and it's organic. it's from http://www.eatraw.com
I imagine this would be the best way to eat it.
it is expensive though.
does anyone know of a cheaper way to get this exact thing?
anyway, check out the web site, if you can afford it, get it.
they also have other great products that I get on occasion.
