you would probably want to hold off on the steam room post ovulation. You do not want to do anything after ovulation that could raise your core body temprture as it may cause damage to the embryo. At least this is what my fertility specialist has told me on more than one occasion. I would suggest the book by Randine Lewis "infertility cure" as does talk about things to do for people that are of an advanced reproductive age. Also...I would pop into the doctors and have your LH, FSH and E2 tested on day 3 of your next cycle. THey will be great indicators of what you are working with. Best wishes to you
