I've made this also. Played around with it and basically came up with almost the same exact recipe with xylitol a few months ago. Only thing different is that I add coconut to mine (unsweetened,fine shredded). I also put them in the little cup holders that look like cupcake papers. The candy sized ones. Put it in the frig to harden and MMMM! Good!!! I'm really tempted to sell them at Christmas bazaars along with my other bakery and crafts. I will bring along my xylitol bag and coconut oil to show others to introduce them to coconut oil and a healthier way to eat candy. I think this would be a great thing for us people who are chocoholics and have a sweet tooth!!!
