Thank you sooo much for your response. It is comforting to know that I don't need to run around sampling different VCO's just to get help with my skin. I like the oil I'm using and I can get it for a great price in iHerb.com. Anyway, I'm pretty sure your theory about Omega 3's is correct. I've been using pharmaceutical grade fish oil for almost 4 months now, but have only seen minimal relief. I now believe that I need to be getting a bit more Omega 3's and am considering adding flax oil. Please update us if you find anymore helpful info that could provide insight into this issue.
