This is what I've done since I posted this message.

I've cut down my soda intake immensely. I use the Elidel with moisterizer immediately after my shower. One thing I also started using was Chapstick. This seems to be helping very much.

Also, I've increased my water intake.

Yes, it was getting very very painful..
