Oh yes, Im trying to cut down on butter. I dont ever buy margarine, but Im leaning towards less animal products. I sometimes buy a vegan spread as well.
And the olive oil I have is so strong, I once used it for brownies and I was sorry for that! Maybe its not as "green " as mine?
