Do you use light or dark olive oil Joanna? I use dark for some things but the flavor is sooo strong usually. Just curious what you use. :)

Butter is so good for you and is a good fat, it is a saturated and stable fat not unlike coconut oil in those two factors. So rendezvous' comment puzzles me...unless you are vegan? Then I could understand the avoidance of butter. :)
