Hi everyone!

I am trying to conceive and would like to know if the same herbs which are contraindicated during pregnancy
should also be avoided pre-pregnancy? I stopped taking the Intestinal Cleansing formula #1 and #2, however
I almost immediately became constipated - which also can't be good for fertility. Can I take things in the first
half of my cycle but then discontinue after ovulation?
