I have had irregular moon cycles for a long time. Some of my cycles bring extreme pain and lack of energy, and sometimes I hardly know it's my time. I have had several intuitive suggestions that my hormones are out of balance. I began reading a book about herbal therapies for women and found that a lot of my monthly symptoms are not "normal". I am concerned about endometriosis because of people I know and things I've heard and now read. How serious are these thing and since it has been years since I've seen a dr., can 3 months of herbal therapy put me any more at risk?
