I started taking one brand two weeks ago. Went threw the jar in one week. One tablespoon three times a day. Bought a cheaper brand. Half the price. Not worth it. I should had bought the more pricy one. Worth the taste. Next time you buy you may want to buy the pricy oen it taste so much better.

I have not noticed any weight loss yet but I did not keep up with it on the second jar.
