Yeah I looked at the ingredients here: http://www.smartbalance.com/product.html# and it sounds like yet another unhealthy margerine mix. It might not be hydrogenated but it has bad oils and some additives. I use either extra virgin olive oil, real unsalted butter, or coconut oil, depending on the situation.

Hey how does the cinnamon/honey thing work? Why would that help weight loss?
