Blueduck...Sorry, my heart doctor calls it "Heart Smart" because it's good for
the heart......so that's what "we"
call it. It's Smart Balance...and it's designed to help lower cholesterol
naturally...my doctor recommended it. It really has a very good flavor.

Once in a while I'll put somebody together a gift bag of natural healing info
and odds and ends...and it's nothing for me to put some in a neat little fruit (jelly) jar...and tuck it in the gift bag. It's that delicious!

Before I got into natural healing so deep...we used 'real' butter...and LOVED it!
I even made it on many occasions...would go to the dairy farm up the road...get
fresh milk...skim the cream off the top...and churn it right in my kitchen.

But this is just about the "next best thing"! :-) kathryn
