my sore throats seem to have gone away for now (I think some of it had to do with chilling myself after hot/cold showers) but, yeah, I tried Dr Schultze's Echinacea formula when visiting my family in the US and it does pack a whallop.

I was very interested to here about your experience with Julia Chang's herbs, deedee. I'm thinking of trying traditional chinese herbal medicine soon. I'm afraid I don't know very much about the immunity aspect of infertility, but have heard that improving endo or infections could help. Some other advice I've heard is not try to conceive for a few months, during which you detox and eliminate allergens, then have a first go just as you ovulate. Best wishes in your journey to conceiving.
