I'm so confused. I would like to buy CO to cook, ingest, rub, and use in my hair. I'm confused about the different types of Oil out there. I understand that expellar pressed is cheaper. So should I just use the organic extra virgin for my skin and to ingest daily and used the expellar for my hair and to cook with? Sorry for the question.. its just confusing. THanks for all the help here.. I love this forum.
