I tried to about 1tbsp in my protein shake and have since cut back to 1tsp to get some MCFA. I don't use any other saturated fats in my diet. My wife seemed to pack on a few lbs after trying it. After reading the Blood Type Diet her blood type isn't supposed to take it> So maybe that book as some credits.
