I'm in no way an expert on this, being new to IF myself, but from the little I know:

Your tube is probably not 'missing' its little fingers -- they have just closed together because of previous inflammation. The little hairs inside that help move the egg down the tube may be damaged also.

There is a massage therapy treatment that claims to help women clear adhesions from the pelvic area, and in one case the therapists claim to have opened a blocked tube. Go to www.clearpassage.com; however this is quite expensive, but not as expensive as IVF in the US.

IVF may be your only option; but you can help prepare your body by cleansing and good nutrition. Read all about cleansing at this site.
