I have been using Tree of Life Expeller Pressed Organic coconut oil for about 2 weeks in my ride every day (maybe 2 spoonfuls a day) and I have gained weight. Whether its water weight from something else (I also did the liver cleanse last with lots of Epsom Salts ) or weight gain from the oil, I dont know. But I am afraid to use it anymore because I am not fitting in my clothes confortably, and there is nothing more miserable than that!

I had read before ont his forum that its really impossible to gain from coconut oil. What do you people think???
