Hi everybody,
I have never tried to use coconut oil (not even in my food). I read many nice thinks on this forum about it though.
When I use it on my face....can I put make up over it?? I don't use foundation but I use eye shadow and blush. Is it ok? Do I put in on my face every morning after I wash my face?
If I use it as a hair conditioner....what is the process. I think I read that I first put it on dry hair, then let it stay for a while....then use shampoo. Do I use anything else after shampoo?
Also, can I use coconut oil as a body lotion? I feel like it's so oily that it would stain my clothes.
I would appreciate any of your help!
