I am trying to eat more raw foods and about a fourth of a coconut helps with increasing that ratio.

I really do not see why people think opening a coconut is so hard. I think most are stuck on the idea of hammers. There is a trick in killing a catfish in order to "skin a cat." You take a blunt object and whack it hard on the head. With a coconut one whack with a crowbar is plenty if you are not bashful with the blow.

And by the way, is there a way to bookmark your postings or favorite threads with the CureZone website?
