I've been using CO for a couple of weeks now, eating it and applying it to a lichoniod rash, and I've noticed nothing so far except I've got a lot of acid reflux. Or maybe it's bile. That is something I got rid of by drinking energized water but it's back and promises to stay. I think I should quit, but maybe this is normal.

What so you think? Pat.
