Thank you for responding. I tried taking this stuff, "Para-Free", that has Black-Walnut , Wormwood , & cloves. I did it for 10 days (per instructions on the bottle), but I didn't notice anything unusual in my bowel movements. I have started doing the Holistic Horizons Bowel Cleanse - maybe I should use the Para-Free in conjunction with the HH?? Conventional medicine has no answers for my situation, so I am more than willing to consider other options.
