I started having 3 tablespoons of coconut oil daily a few weeks ago - I was okay for the first 2-3 days - then I began to get nausea about 30 minutes later. Cut it back to 2 and then 1 tablespoon with the same reaction. Stopped for a few days and tried again. Got nausea again like a migraine (sick stomach) coming on. BUT I felt the benefits later and I don't want to stop taking it. Can someone help me with the nausea problem?

I took it before lunch. Then when sickness started broke it up into 1 tablespoon before lunch and one before dinner. The same nausea problem.

Also I get this strange burning sensation in my chest as it is going down. Also rapid heart beat for a while which goes away. I have had two heart attacks about 4 years ago but I am fine now.
