This is a great recipe, but it is a relatively simple matter to use a CLEAN nail, ice pick, screw driver, etc and a hammer to put two holes in two of the three brown "eyes" of the coconut. (One to drain the milk and one to allow air to enter.) The milk is VERY NUTRITIOUS and with this extra effort you may capture and use it.
