Coffee will make the liver release toxins but will not release bile stones.I have gotten over 600 small stones out on one cleanse with the Huldra Clark cleanse.I do it a bit different now then when i first started to make it a more pleasent cleanse.Here are a few tips of mine.
1.Use red grapefruits instead of lemons.
2.Add a couple spoons full of maple syrup to the OO/GFj mix
3.Make Epsom Salt drink half water half grapefruit juice.
4.Make all drinks ice cold to go down easier.I put ice in both drinks.
5.Do on a friday or saturday night if you work a normal schedule
6.Drink another bit of OO/gfj the next morning to get even more stones out.
7.dont plan on going anywhere until the afternoon,youll want to be close to the toilet.
