I used to put white cotton socks on after using CO on my feet. I kept one pair aside just to wear to bed. I have to start doing that again - thanks for the reminder!

Know what made the hugest improvement in my yucky, gross, crusty, cry heels and soles, though? Liver flushing, for some reason - isn't that weird? My heels and the balls of my feet are like baby butts now, and I used to be too embarrassed to go barefoot, especially at the beach.
