I was replying to the original poster!! He basically claims that coconut oil caused him fatty liver and raised his cholesterol. None of that makes one bit of sense.

Unless he can supply further details - i.e. what he took, how much he took, what *exactly* his health problems were - i.e. tests, dates and results, I for one can not take the post seriously.
