take dandelion root tea with raw egg yolks(organic and free range).see site www.botanical.com and in the herb section see dandelion.
also eat non starchy vegetables, do not eat meat and hard to digest food.drink plenty clean water but not after meals, at least wait 3 to 4 hour. read book about henry bieler,"food is your best medicine".
