Were you doing a general cleanse.....or special thing just for galstontes.

I'm cruising around......cuz I've had amonia smell lately....once /twice.....and am curious....
Also...deal with stress and racing heart...and chest pains....so I'm thinking to TRY getting myself in shape.....since I FEEL things are dire......if I don't.

Curious to know a proper, good, safe, thourough cleanse.....and additional steps to do to myself, ha! Diet......what to eat...not eat......etc. I've heard of this cleanse called "rise and shine"....which has something called "chomper". Do you know anything about this?
