I'm a 20+ yr nurse, and when I had problems after my first liver cleans (diarrhea), I used the same thing I would use after taking Antibiotics --live culture yogurt, any flavor. After a couple of cups, the diarrhea went away. And it's cheap!
Ah, the stuff they teach you in nursing school...
