Just found your posting. I've done 2 liver flushes--one with very good results, one without, and after the second one I had extremely painful gas cramps in the transverse colon (under the liver and stomach area). I found that they diminished very significantly after using Milk Thistle two times daily for about 3 days. I also got some relief by using the castor oil packs over my upper abdomen for two days in a row while taking the Milk Thistle.
